               Aksar ham sone se pahale kuchh khaana ya peena pasand karate hain. kaee baar ham aisee galati  kar baithate hain jo hamaaree neend ko kharaab karate hain aur hame pareshaan karate hain.

1. sone se pahale na peye green tee:

       agar aap green tee peena pasand karate hain to yah ek achchhee baat hai. lekin ise peene ka sahee samay pata hona bahut jarooree hai. raat ko sone se pahale green tee ka sevan karana theek nahin hai. isase green tee mein maujood kaipheen aapakee neend ko bhaga sakate hain.

2. sone se pahale na khaen chikan:


                sone se pahale chikan ya proteen vaale aahaar khaane se. hamen yah jaan lena chaahie ki neend mein hamaare shareer kee paachan kshamata 50 prati slo hotee hai. aur proteen ko pacha paane mein shareer ko kaaphee samay lagata hai. isalie agar aap sone se pahale proteen lenge to shareer ka dhyaan sone kee bajae proteen ko pachaane par hoga.

                  chocolale mein kaaphee maatra mein kaipheen hota hai, jo neend ko kharaab karane ke lie kaaphee hota hai. agar ghar mein khaane ke lie kuchh na ho to raat mein chocolale ko antim vikalp maanen. jis tarah se sone se pahale kophee lena theek hai usee tarah chocolale bhee nahin chaahie.


5.sone se pahale na len vain


              ho sakata hai ki aap kaee baar sone se pahale kreem lete hain. ho sakata hai ki isase aapako achchhee neend aae. lekin yah ek achchha aaidiya nahin hai. lekin baad mein aapako siradard aur bechainee mahasoos ho sakatee hai.
